The AssuredSAN™ 3720S array and 3730S array are ‘top of the line’ 8Gb SAN solutions designed to safeguard your valuable data. With 8Gb fibre channel connectivity these systems will improve read and write performance for any storage area network (SAN), making them the first choice for applications such as databases, business analysis, and video streaming. The AssuredSAN 3720S features 2.5-inch disk drives and the 3730S features 3.5-inch disk drives. SAS, SATA, SSDs are available.

The AssuredSAN 3700S series come fully licensed with AssuredSnap™ and AssuredCopy™ data protection software. With up to 1000 snapshots capability, they offer necessary protection for business critical applications such as email.
AssuredSnap provides snapshot capability, allowing point-in-time copies that can be used to maximize business continuity. In addition, AssuredCopy, creates a full volume copy (vs. a logical volume copy with AssuredSnap) providing additional safeguard against vdisk failure and eliminating application I/O contention when accessing the same data blocks.

Environmentally Responsible SANs
Utilizing Dot Hill's patented EcoStor™ technology, these SAN storage solutions have completely eliminated cache batteries, using instead super capacitors and flash memory to provide infinite cache backup during a power loss, while being environmentally friendly. AssuredSAN storage solutions also feature drive-spin-down which saves energy by allowing drives to rest when not in use.

AssuredSANs use patented SimulCache™ technology that instantly and simultaneously mirrors cache between RAID controllers, leading to significant performance improvements over traditional implementations.

The AssuredSAN Arrays are easy to configure and manage with RAIDar 2.0, our intuitive web based interface which provides storage setup and monitoring without the need for host based software. RAIDar 2.0 saves time with configuration and installation wizards, and schedulers for snapshots and replication.
